Feature Enhancements:

  • Added support for Split View on iPads (This is available only for the iPad Pro, iPad 5th Gen, iPad Air 2 and the iPad Mini 4)
  • If you have your Invoice Email settings configured with a BCC address, these will now be emailed out upon job completion and no longer require the technician to email a receipt to the customer. They will continue to operate as normal when the technician sends out a receipt
  • Upgrade our Dropbox API to v2 to improve performance
  • Added a notification on the Discount button on the Invoice screen to indicate that a Discount has been applied to the Invoice
  • Added support for SWRemote to take accepted Proposals (including Discounts) from our Proposal tool, Acquire

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue preventing SWRemote from working properly on the Google Pixel phone (specifically with Android 8.0)
  • Improved the functionality of SWRemote while using the iPad Pro
  • Fixed a bug that was causing the Requisition date to be submitted incorrectly in rare situations due to a timezone issue
  • Fixed a bug in the Administrative website that was preventing Errors in the Device Logs from showing in Red and being searchable by checking "Show Errors only"
  • Fixed a display error in the logs that was displaying Times in Military format (24 hour)
  • Fixed a bug where on the Dashboard of the Administrative Website, the screen was not refreshing when Deactivating a device
  • Fixed a bug that was causing Pricebook Items to double on the device in certain cases
  • Resolved an issue with Apple's iOS 11 software that causes Apps to disconnect from the data connection. This should resolved the Data Connection issue that users who updated to iOS 11 were seeing
