Error Message: Sync Failed – Unable to load company data. Please verify data connection and restart SWRemote.

There are a few reasons why this occurs, but mainly because of low signal or running out of data.

You are not able to log in to SWRemote until this is resolved.

If you are in the field, you can try toggling mobile data on/off (iOS/Apple) (ANDROID). If you are able, try opening a browser window and going to any page. If it does not load, you could be in a low signal area. If it loads normally, contact your office and review the next step.
