There are two solutions to this issue:

  1. Dispatch to your next job (*Note*: You won't be able to perform another timecard punch until after you go Onsite)
  2. The office can submit a different Timecard Punch without an "Out" time (we recommend "Available On the Clock" if available)

The most common cause of this issue is when the office Complete's a job out inside SuccessWare21. In order to prevent this from happening in the future, they can put in an "Available On-the-clock" IN time (no Out time) after completing the job. Our team is currently looking into a solution for this issue so that you will not need to do this in the future.
