As of SWRemote version 3.4.0, Sales calls no longer allow payments or requisitions. SWRemote will skip from the Invoice/Quote screen to the Complete screen.

Here are the abridged steps of a Sales Call:

1. Dispatch 

 2. Enroute

3. Onsite  

4. Invoice  

 5. Authorize

 6. Debrief 

 7. Complete 

 

Work Done Notes are not submitted back to SuccessWare21 for Sales Calls. SuccessWare21 determines that there would be no 'work' done, so Work Done Notes are not applied.  However, SuccessWare21 does apply the Work Suggested notes to Sales calls.
