Note :  If you are using a newer Android Device that has updated to Android 5.0, you can then go to the Play Store and upgrade to the latest version of SWRemote, which will eliminate this issue for you.

There is a workaround if you are stuck in a call however.

  • Select the Right Arrow Icon to move forward
  • You will be prompted with the following alert popup
  • Press 'OK'
  • You now have the ability to scroll
