Reason why error occurs
This error will occur when technician attempts submitting a credit card payment and there is something configured incorrectly between SuccessWare21 and Xcharge.   

Steps to fix the issue
Have the Technician continue to try and send the Invoice through, as there may be a temporary delay in service from Xcharge.

If this error persists for this Tech as well as the rest of the team, please contact SuccessWare21 support for assistance on this error message. Their technicians will need to resolve this on the server. 

In order for the technician to move forward to his next call he is capable of force closing the job, however, this will not submit a payment and you will still need to enter and run the credit card manually inside SuccessWare21 in your office.
