There are two main reasons this can occur:

  • The technician was marked as "onsite" at a previous job which was removed manually in SuccessWare21. SWRemote will ignore job changes made while the technician is marked as onsite. To remedy this, follow this article for instructions on how to clear out the old job.
  • An assignment may have been "unscheduled" from the call board, but it remains in SuccessWare21 with no scheduled time. This can be resolved by following these steps outlined in this article.
