When you are dispatched to a job for a customer, you can view all of the saved Forms for this customer.  To see these, on the left hand side click on the Customer button, then the Documents tab on the top of the screen, then the sub tab below that called Forms.

The Cloud icon to the left of a Form represents the fact that the Form has been successfully saved:

If you do not see a cloud icon next to your Form, you may not have a connection or you may have recently regained a connection.


First try to Sync Dropbox in SWRemote's Settings:

If this does not show a cloud icon to the left of your Form, try Toggling the cellular data in the Device's Settings:
