You can update these in the Call Status menu in the Reference Library 

  • Tap the 21 icon
  • Tap Setup
  • Tap Reference Library
  • Now choose Customer Service
  • Now choose Call Status

*Note:  If "Completed"  or any other status is missing from the Timecard Dropdown status in SWRemote, it is most likely inactive and will need to be set to active within the Reference Library.
