How can I un-postpone a job?

To un-postpone a job, first you will need to search for it. Under the 'Jobs' tab, click the 'filter' button on the left and select Postponed. This will show ONLY those jobs.

Once you find the job you are looking for, click on it and un-check the "PostPoned' box. When unchecked, the Postponement reason will also be removed.


When this is done, you can schedule a new visit via the Visits tab. 

To un-postpone a job on the device, simply open the postponed job on your device. It will still be accessible! You will see "Postponed":

When in the job, head to the Timecard and you will see the 'Unpostpone' button. Tap that to unpostpone and you will be able to work that job.
