If you are having trouble seeing the icons that show across the top of the dashboard, things like the notification bell, the support center question mark or the plus signs to add new jobs, customers, Items, etc. Check what browser you are using. We see most customers who are having difficulty are using Internet Explorer, Edge.
Pointman works best when you use the application in Google Chrome or Firefox.
