Changing the Primary Technician on a job

Typically the technician who first completes a job will be the primary technician on that specific job. Sometimes you might have more then one tech on a job and you want to change the ownership of that job to another tech. Reporting features now include reports dedicated to technicians job efficiency so for those reporting features you may find the need to change this. Here is how you can do that:

  1. Open the job you wish to edit

    2. Click on the Details Tab

3. Find the Primary Technician Field and select from the drop down who you want to assign this job to. Click Save.
