How can I tell if I have Price Levels set up properly in SW21?

You will need to have admin rights, or access to your Pricebook.

Tap the 21 icon, then Purchasing, then Pricebook to access this:


Tap the Tasks button on the lefthand side to display all Tasks. Right click on the category you'd like to look at. From here, choose Custom Pricing at the bottom.

If you have Price levels set up, you will see what looks like the below:

If you do not see the above, that means you don't have Price levels. You can add multiple levels as shown. Once this is done, you can go to our admin site and run an update to allow technicians to be able to download the updated pricing.
