I can't scroll to the bottom of the Payment Screen.

Note:  If you are using a newer Android Device that has updated to Android 5.0, you can then go to the Play Store and upgrade to the latest version of SWRemote, which will eliminate this issue for you.

If you happen to be stuck on a call, here is how to fix this issue:

  • Select the Right Arrow Icon to move forward, you will be prompted with the following alert popup:
  • Press OK
  • You now have the ability to scroll
