Why does this occur?
An item that was selected is not seen as valid in the pricebook within SuccessWare21. "XXXXX" will be the exact part number that was selected that is invalid. This can also occur while adding Parts Used.
How to fix the issue:
1. Download a fresh version of the Pricebook:
2. If downloading the pricebook does not work, removing the item in question should allow the technician to move past the invoice screen. The Office will need to be alerted of the removal.
3. If this is a recurring issue, look up the individual part that is giving the error on the device in your price book within SuccessWare21. If that part is no longer in your price book, it has either been deleted or the item number has been changed. In this case, the technician will need to log out and log back in to receive the update.
