How do I mark an item on the invoice as an 'Add On'?

Search for an item/task to be added to the invoice

When on the Edit Invoice Item screen for that particular item/task, you will see the Add-On checkbox.

After you check this, the total amount (dollars) of add on items will then show up in the Job Summary in SuccessWare21 as Add On (Extra) Amt.

Once the invoice is posted, you can also report on this in the SuccessWare21's Report Gallery here -

1.  Go to Management Reports, and choose Invoice Scorecard.

2.  When choosing the proper criteria, you can view the Add On Amount, and many other reporting items.
