You can update these in the Call Status menu in the Reference Library
- Tap the 21 icon
- Tap Setup
- Tap Reference Library
- Now choose Customer Service
- Now choose Call Status
*Note: If "Completed" or any other status is missing from the Timecard Dropdown status in SWRemote, it is most likely inactive and will need to be set to active within the Reference Library.
