Where do I update Timecard Status?

You can update these in the Call Status menu in the Reference Library 

  • Click the 21 icon
  • Click Setup
  • Click Reference Library
  • Choose Customer Service  
  • Double click Timecard Status

*Note:  If  any status is missing from the Timecard Dropdown status in SWRemote, it is most likely 'inactive' and will need to be set to 'active' within the Reference Library.

  • To make edits, right click anywhere on the grid and choose "Modify Mode".
  • Now you can see the entire grid, where you can right click again, to choose further options.
