Questions on emailed receipt: Characters listed under "Item" column

When viewing the emailed receipt for a job there are some characters that are represented by a capital letter in the Item column under Details.  

Following the item that was added to the invoice there will be a capital letter in parentheses. It will either have a (L),(P),(M), or (T).  They stand for:
(L) - Labor
(P) - Part
(M) - Miscellaneous
(T) - Task  

Below the item will be a line that reads "Charged To:" followed by another capital letter.  This letter represents:
R - Repair
A - Agreement
W - Warranty
