What does the Cloud icon represent on the Customers "Forms" screen, in SWRemote?

When you are dispatched to a job, you can view all of the saved forms for this particular customer. 
  • On the side of the app, tap on the Customer button.
  • Tap the Documents tab.


  • Tap the Forms tab below.


The cloud icon to the left of a form means the it has been saved successfully:


If you do not see a cloud icon next to your form there may not be a connection, or you may have recently reestablished connection.


Try to Sync Dropbox  under the Settings tab in SWRemote:


If this does not show a cloud icon to the left of your form, try toggling the cellular data in the device's settings:
