How do I add Equipment to a Customer?


Note: If you do not see the the menu options, tap the Menu button (top left of screen) to make it appear.

  • Tap on the Customer button, then Equipment.

You will see all equipment associated with this customer.

  • Tap the Add button to add new equipment. or tap on an individual existing equipment. From here you can add or edit aspects of the selected equipment:


Note: Type and Manufacturer can not be edited after the piece of equipment is saved in SWRemote or SuccessWare21.
