Technician's name not showing in dropdown or on invoice

  • Login to our SWRemote admin site
  • Select the Master Accounts button from the menu on the left
  • Scroll down to where it says PayFlow Settings
  • Look for and select the Update button
  • This update can take anywhere between 5 minutes and 25 minutes depending on the size of your pricebook and the amount of databases/companies are setup inside SuccessWare21. 
  • *Final Step! Inside SWRemote, have the Tech go into Settings and select Force Resync.  Here is a visual guide: Force Resync instructions
